A little late here since its been 2 months, but I wanted to make sure I wrote a review at some point. the TLDR is an incredible first class experience that ended up being the easiest car purchase that I literally brag about. Longer story. I accidentally inquired about a Bronco at Holiday Ford, not know it was over 6 hours away from me. They reached out to me almost instantly. I apologized and explained I thought they were closer to Indianapolis (where I am), and I would not be able to make it up to them. They quickly mentioned that they work with out of state customers all the time. Since the Bronco was exactly how I would want it built, I entertained the conversation. I was able to negotiate the trade in value on my car over text (with pictures of course) and we came to a fair agreement for both sides. A docusign was sent over and a brief phone call to go over all the documents, and we were ready to go. Now the fun part. By complete coincidence, I was going to vacation in Lake Geneva, WI that weekend. At no cost, Holiday Ford drove the Bronco down to my Airbnb, and drove my trade in back to the dealership (3hr round trip). 10/10 experience and I can't believe I pretty much purchased a brand new vehicle over text message. Will do business with them again. Worth the trip.
