I had a good buying experience. They put the wrong size Goodyear trail runner tire on the truck I purchased but had me come in and put the correct size on at no cost. They put a different kind of tire goodyear territory on instead. Not sure why they didn’t replace with the same tire I purchased. Went from a tread warranty tire to one without.

I never had to ever deal with a collision center before, but they were very helpful. My vehicle was totaled so somebody came to pick it up. I wish the center would have reminded me to take my license plates off. So I had to purchase a new one and cancel my other ones
